A Bomb Outfit
for the Boys to impress the ladies
A Bomb date definitely needs a bomb outfit. We may not have a ton of money to buy an outfit for every date, but we can always start bulding a wadrobe that will impress anyone when you first see them.
Here’s the thing - first impressions matter. And the first thing your new romantic interest is going to do...is SEE you. So it might be worthwhile to look good!
boys, you already know its all about The shape, size and feel
Looking good is easy! You just have to be mindful of 4 things while putting your fit together: -
(i) The shape: the silhoutte of the fit should flatter the body you were gifted with
(ii) The size: the fit should fit you perfectly (not too tight, not too loose)
(iii) The feel - the fabric you pick out should feel good to you, because you can only make a person feel good when you feel good! Tip - pick your fabric based on the weather.
(iv) The colour: - The colour of the fit should flatter your skin undertone (warm or cold); and the elements of the fit should either compliment each other or contrast each other
The shape
We all have our preferences when it comes to shapes and sizes (and I trust you’re grown up enough to know what I mean).
When there are plenty of fish in the sea — as there will be at Jindal — you’ll naturally want to channel your efforts toward the ones that look good to you.
So, when you’re picking out an outfit to look good for your romantic interest, experiment with different silhouettes until you figure out what works best for you.
Try out a few of these silhouettes and see which ones flatter your body type the most!
The size
Size matters...
Only when we speak of the clothes that cover your body.
The way the pieces of your outfit interact with each other to create your fit is an expression of how you feel and how you intend to present yourself.
For instance, a loose T-shirt paired with baggy shorts or jeans gives off a chill, casual vibe. That’s perfect if you’re just hanging with your bros.
But if your aim is to impress a girl who’s assessing whether you can take her (and a relationship) seriously — you might want to put together a look that subtly communicates that.
First impressions are inevitable. You don’t want to send the wrong signal... or your pursuit might just take a little longer.
Show her that you can care — by caring about how you show up in front of her.
Experiment with different sizes until you figure out what fits you best.
Start with the length of your sleeves — where they fall on your arm (above the elbow, on the elbow, or below the elbow) — and the length of your bottoms — where your pants, jeans, or cargos hit (above the ankle, on the ankle, or below the ankle).
Remember: every body is different, and every body can look and feel great — if you just understand how to work with it.
the feel
Play around with fabrics and see what feels most pleasurable on your skin..because pleasure may turn out to be very important in your romantic pursuits!
The fabric of the outfit you choose should feel good on your skin (and hers, if she decides to lean in) so pick fabrics that suits the weather. Linen and cotton for the summer, a soft hoodie for the winter, or jersey knit shirt for rainy day.
